The seizure of the Crimean peninsula by the aggressor country, instead of the promised “development”, brought only decline.

As NBN reports with reference to the Telegram profile of the Center for National Resistance (CNS), one of the most illustrative examples is the complete failure of tourist seasons in recent years.
In particular, despite the statements of the local Gauleiter Sergei Aksenov that over the past year “a little more than 6 million tourists vacationed” in Crimea, a key part of the local hotels simply stood empty, disappointed owners are still counting their losses, and the business sector is kept “afloat” by subsidies from the Russian Federation.
Thus, the above statistics of Aksenov are a regular fake, and the situation is approaching critical, since Crimea no longer attracts vacationers due to:
- fuel oil (leaked from several rusty Russian tankers that sank in the Black Sea), which destroyed the biosphere of local beaches and made the sea “dirty and smelly”;
- collapsed infrastructure;
- increased anti-Russian sanctions, which effectively isolated the peninsula from the world.
All this is the consequence of the Russian occupation, which has sucked out resources and destroyed the future of the peninsula.
Earlier, our information portal wrote that Zelensky was asked what would happen if the Russian Federation violated the agreements on the “maritime truce.”
