A representative of the Ukrainian Navy said on the national telethon that the occupiers in Crimea are relocating ships daily to protect them from attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, writes the publication NBN.

Earlier, the media reported that the Russians were moving ships every day, sometimes even at night, and hiding some of the vessels of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Holland Bay in Sevastopol.

Pletenchuk called such enemy activity “effective tactics” and expressed confidence that the invaders will continue to do so. The spokesman for the Ukrainian Navy explained that the constant change of the ships' mooring locations reduces the likelihood of an attack on them.

The captain also commented on the construction of the universal landing ship Ivan Rogov in Crimea to replace the destroyed cruiser Moskva. According to him, the Russians have so far created only part of the hull of the largest ship of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation, the entire process will take them years.

The Navy spokesman added that no one would waste valuable ammunition on destroying an unfinished ship.

As reported, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrsky spoke about the material of the Western media about the failure of the Ukrainian counteroffensive in 2023.
