About what theses the head of military intelligence of Ukraine Kirill Budanov gave regarding ill-considered actions of the Kremlin tyrant Vladimir Putin and his retinue, writes NBN, citing The Washington Post material published on the official page of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense.
According to Budanov, the Russian elite “overheated” expectations local society, since it regularly asserted that the Russian Federation is the most powerful force in the world, and, as a result, Putin himself believed in such “stuff.” In particular, in reality it turned out that the “second army of the world” is absolutely “not as powerful as they thought.” However, despite the colossal losses in Ukraine, the Russian occupation forces demonstrate high potential for the rapid restoration of their forces.
In addition, the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense added – contrary to the fact that, having initiated the invasion of our country, Putin made a strategic mistake, Ukraine should not underestimate the above-described characteristic regarding the operational replenishment of the enemy’s “manpower”, and, apparently, “with the next regime” everything may change, or at least a “window of opportunity” will appear .
