Information has already appeared earlier – citizens of Ukraine who do not have a Russian Federation passport, but are forced to remain in the occupied territories, are practically not allowed to independently purchase the fuel required to maintain heat in their homes in the winter, thus dooming the “undesirable” citizens to a cold death, and now it has become known about the identical method of the Russian “authorities.”

About the fact that in the temporarily occupied territories of our country, enemies are denying Ukrainians medical care, if patients do not have a Russian passport, NBN writes, referring to the material of the Center for National Resistance (CNS).
In particular, the occupiers explain the refusal to treat Ukrainians by the requirement of having a Russian insurance policy , which can only be obtained after obtaining a passport from a terrorist state. That is, the majority of the residents of VOT do not get access to medical services.
However, there is some exception—the “authorities” will definitely provide “first aid” in the event of a critical situation.
It should be emphasized that by their actions, the occupation administrations legally equated the residents of BOT with “foreigners” in their native land.
