The message says the following:
Today, March seventeenth, the enemy twice attacked the infrastructure of the city of Sumy. All necessary services are working at the scene of the incident. Fortunately, no people were injured as a result of the attacks inflicted by the invaders.
In addition, the Sumy OVA also added that the situation on the border with Russia is under careful control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
