The military leader in an interview with LIGA.net said that the troops of the Russian Federation can capture Kharkov, but they will not succeed, naming the reason , reports NBN.
According to the brigadier general, Putin’s army is only capable of acting according to the classic scenario – attacking in one direction, distracting in two or three. For Kharkov, such tactics of the “liberators” will be difficult, since it will be necessary to constantly protect critical and civilian infrastructure.
The commander of the NSU noted that the “second army of the world” will need to fight for years to capture the regional center. Pivnenko called for remembering how long it took the Russian Armed Forces to occupy Bakhmut and Avdeevka in the Donetsk region.
According to the military leader, it is easier for Russians to change power in their country and abandon their plans than to seize the city, putting thousands more of Putin’s soldier.
