At the moment, due to non-compliance with the laws and customs of war, the investigative team has opened appropriate criminal proceedings under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

O  ;that this Thursday, May 2, at about 4 p.m., according to preliminary information, the Russian occupation army struck with adjustable/guided aerial bombs (KAB) on the territory of the city of Dergachi in the Kharkov region, writes NBN, citing on the Facebook profile of the Kharkov Region Police.
As it became known, a blow from the terrorist state’s soldiers hit a sports club—six children were injured of varying degrees of severity (four were moderately severe, and two – minor injuries). In addition, a 75-year-old man who refused to be sent to hospital was wounded.
Also, after an air bomb hit the ground, a fire broke out on the territory of the enterprise.
Now an investigative team, forensic experts, explosives engineers and “emergency personnel” are working at the scene of the incident.
