According to the CPD and the cyber department of the Security Service of Ukraine, the Russians have launched a large-scale disinformation campaign to discredit the new commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, reports NBN.

It is reported that for this The enemy's targets on Facebook, Instagram, social network X and the Telegram messenger create fake accounts of the Colonel General. On “Syrsky’s pages,” Russians publish false reports about the military leader and the situation at the front. With the help of destructive messages, the occupiers hope to exert a psychological influence on the Ukrainian military personnel.

Earlier, the Center for Traffic Control reported that the invaders want to create the image of a “Soviet and Russian person” for Syrsky in order to reduce the trust of the defenders and citizens of Ukraine in him.
