This decision is related to the advanced security risks, as experts in the field have repeatedly stated to the cyber defense specialist. The fence is limited to both work communication and access to the messenger via Wi-Fi network on the territory of the initial buildings.

Kyiv Metropolitan University named after Boris Hrinchenko
The Kiev University named after Boris Grinchenko has blocked the use of Telegram on service devices and for work communications. Pursuant to Order No. 860, military personnel are guilty of using service accounts in messenger. Kyiv National Linguistic University
