Gourmet tangerine pie from Volodymyr Yaroslavsky
Ingredients:
▫️ Eggs — 3 pcs.
▫️ Sugar — 200 g + 25 g
▫️ Oil — 60 g
▫️ Butter (warm) — 60 g
▫️ Orange juice — 160 g
▫️ Flour — 340 g
▫️ Baking powder — 10 g
▫️ Nutmeg and orange zest
▫️ Apples — 2 pcs.
▫️ Tangerines (hard) — 4-5 pcs.

Preparation method:
• Beat the eggs with sugar. Add melted butter and oil, mix. Add orange zest and juice. Sift the flour with baking powder, grate the nutmeg.
• Peel the apples, cut into cubes and add to the dough.
• Line the bottom of the mold with parchment, grease with butter, sprinkle with sugar. Place the thinly sliced tangerines with the peel on top. Pour in the dough.
• Bake for 45-50 minutes at 175°C. Check for doneness with a skewer.
• Cool the cake, turn it over onto a plate and serve.
Recommendation: add citrus juice for even more juiciness.
Chicken roll with tangerines and dried fruits from Volodymyr Yaroslavsky
In the winter, I love adding tangerines to holiday dishes. Its zest is delicate and aromatic and goes perfectly with dishes that are prepared quickly, – the chef noted.

Ingredients:
▫️ Chicken — 2.2 kg
▫️ Mustard — 40 g
▫️ Dried garlic — 1 tsp.
▫️ Salt, pepper
▫️ Prunes — 130 g
▫️ Dried apricots — 130 g
▫️ Tangerines — 4-5 pcs.
Cooking method:
• Cut the chicken into a “coat”: remove the frame and bones to get a rectangle.
• Beat off the pulp, rub with mustard, salt, pepper and garlic. Place the prunes, dried apricots and tangerine slices on the edge.
• Roll up the roll, secure with thread. Bake in the sleeve for 45 minutes at 180°C. Remove the top of the sleeve and brown for another 10 minutes at 200°C.
• Serve hot or as a cold appetizer.
Recommendation: collect the juice that has separated and prepare a sauce based on it.

Ingredients:
▫️ Chicken — 2 kg
▫️ Mayonnaise — 3 tbsp.
▫️ Mustard — 2 tbsp.
▫️ Chicken spices — 1.5 tbsp.
▫️ Paprika — 2 tsp.
▫️ Salt, pepper
▫️ Tangerines — 8-10 pcs.
▫️ Tangerine juice — 200 ml
▫️ Butter — 60 g
▫️ Garlic — 4 cloves
▫️ Rosemary — 4 sprigs
Preparation method:
• Wash the chicken, dry it. Rub with mayonnaise, mustard, spices and pour over the tangerine juice. Leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.
• Brush the chicken with butter and garlic. Fill the middle with tangerines and add a few more around.
• Bake under foil for 1.5 hours at 190°C. Remove the foil, pour over the juice and bake for another 15-20 minutes at 210°C.
• Serve, garnished with herbs and baked tangerines.
