Alexander Shovkovsky's team sent three unanswered goals into the Luhansk goal.
Dynamodefeated Zorya in the rescheduled match of the 6th round of the Ukrainian Premier League (UPL) for the 2023/24 season. The match at the Valery Lobanovsky Stadium in Kyiv ended with the score 0:3.
The White-Blues took the lead in the 7th minute of the match. Alexander Andrievskyscored with a shot from outside the penalty area after a pass from Nikolai Shaparenko.
In the 22nd minute, the Kiev team doubled their lead. Vladislav Kabaev received the ball from Shaparenko, moved to the center from the left flank and hit the goal of his former team with a powerful long-range shot into the near corner.
In the second half, Alexander Shovkovsky's team made the score devastating. After a corner kick in the 67th minute, Andrei Yarmolenko dropped the ball to the far post, where Vladimir Brazhko sent the ball into the net with his head.
Review of the match “Zarya” – “Dynamo”
This victory allowed Dynamo (44 points) to rise to third place in the UPL, beating Dnepr-1. The Kiev team is two points behind the championship leaders Shakhtar and Krivbass, but the Krivoy Rog club has played two more matches than its opponents. “Zarya” with 22 points remained in 12th place in the Ukrainian championship.
In the next round of the UPL, Shovkovsky’s team will host LNZ on April 8, and Yuri Koval’s team will meet with “Dnepr-1” a day later.
