“Left Bank” won the right to play in the elite division in the new season.
“Left Bank” became the winner of the “Tournament of Four” for the right to participate in the Ukrainian Premier League (UPL) for the 2024/25 season. In the final match at the Avangard stadium in Rivne, the Kyivians defeated Minai with a score of 3:0.
In the middle of the first half, Vitaliy Pervak's team scored twice against the Transcarpathian club. First, in the 20th minute, Daniil Sukhoruchko scored, and nine minutes later, Oleh Sinitsa made an accurate strike.
After the break, the capital club brought the matter to a rout – in the 65th minute, the final score in the game was set by Nikolai Kogut.

Thus, it is “Left Bank” that will replace “Dnipro-1” in the elite division, which was excluded from the list of UPL participants due to financial problems.
“Left Bank” will play in the UPL for the first time in its history. This club was founded only in 2017, and in 2021 it received professional status and debuted in the Second League.
The 2024/25 UPL season starts on Saturday, August 3, with a match between Rivne “Veres” and Lviv “Karpaty”, who will play in the elite of Ukrainian football for the first time since the 2019/20 season.
