Former world champion in the first welterweight and welterweight categories Timothy Bradley spoke about the holder of the WBA, WBO, WBC and IBO titles in the heavyweight Alexandra Usika after his victory in the rematch with Tyson Fury.
According to the 41-year-old American boxer, the Ukrainian should not be considered one of the greatest fighters in history, despite all his victories and achievements.

“I'm not even going to talk about the fight right now, I'm going to talk about all this 'he's the greatest of all time' crap. The greatest of all time? Are you kidding me? Look, it's the recency effect, just because he beat two of the best heavyweights of this era, that doesn't make him the greatest of all time.
Usyk, that's who I'm talking about, Usyk. He's not the greatest of all time, stop it. He's fought 7 times, 5 guys at heavyweight. Okay, I get that he cleaned up the cruiserweight division. I get that.
Now he's a heavyweight, he beat two of the best fighters in the division. And now you're all saying he's the greatest. He's only had 23 fights. Enough. You've got to stop this. He's a legend, but the greatest? You're crazy,” Bradley said on his YouTube channel.

Usyk vs. Fury rematch: fight results
On the night of December 22, Usyk defeated Fury in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) by unanimous decision (three times 116-112) and defended his WBA, WBO, WBC and IBO heavyweight titles.

Fury did not admit defeat from Usyk, disagreeing with the judges' verdict. The Ukrainian boxer responded categorically to these words of the “Gypsy King”, stating that he had won a well-deserved victory.

Unlike the first fight, the Usyk-Fury rematch did not involve the title of absolute world champion, since Alexander had previously given up the IBF title. Now it is owned by the Briton Daniel Dubois, who has already managed to defend it by knocking out his compatriot Anthony Joshua.
Recall that on the night of May 19, 2024, Usyk defeated Fury by split decision in a fight for the title of absolute world heavyweight champion. At the end of the ninth round, Alexander knocked his opponent down.
Usyk became the first absolute world heavyweight champion in the 21st century and the first in history “absolute” heavyweight with four main titles – WBO, WBA, IBF and WBC.
