Artem Tyshchenko showed the best result among the Ukrainians.
On Saturday, February 1, the 2025 European Biathlon Championships in Martel Val Martello, Italy, continued with the men's pursuit race.
Ukraine was represented by four biathletes: Artem Tyshchenko (started 20th in the sprint), Bogdan Tsymbal (34th), Ruslan Tkalenko (42nd) and Denis Nasyko (59th).
The best result among the Ukrainians was shown by Tishchenko, who finished 25th with clean shooting.
The European Biathlon Champion in the pursuit was Italian Patrick Braunhofer. He was joined on the podium by the Norwegians: Isak Frey won silver, and Sverre Aspens took bronze.

Earlier today, the women's pursuit race also took place at the 2025 European Biathlon Championships, where the best result among the Ukrainians was shown by Oleksandra Merkushyna, who finished 18th.
The European Biathlon Championships will end on Sunday, February 2, with classic relays.
