“Roma” of Ukrainian forward Artem Dovbyk won a strong-willed victory over “Como” in the match of the 27th round of the Italian Serie A season 2024/25. The meeting at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome ended with a score of 2:1 .
The first half was dominated by the visitors – in the 44th minute, Luca Da Cunha opened the scoring.
Immediately after the break, Dovbyk appeared on the field, having started the match on the bench. The Ukrainian, for whom this was his first match after an injury, replaced Eldor Shomurodov.
In the 61st minute, the Wolves reduced the deficit through Alexis Saelemaekers. Two minutes later, Como were left with a man down – Marc-Oliver Kempf earned a second yellow card and a red card.
And in the 76th minute, Dovbyk closed the cross from the right flank, thereby bringing victory to his team.

Roma vs Como Match Review
After this victory, Roma (43 points) rose to eighth place in the Serie A table, approaching the European Cup zone. The Wolves are now 4 points behind Bologna, which is sixth. It is worth noting that Claudio Ranieri's team has not lost any of its last eleven matches in the Italian championship.
