IBF world champion Daniel Dubois (22-2, 21 KOs) said that he wants to face one of three opponents in his next fight: WBC, IBO, WBA and WBO champion Oleksandr Usyk, New Zealander Joseph Parker or Briton Anthony Joshua .
“Well, those are the names I want. Usyk, Parker, or AJ. One of the big three. That's what I want right now.”
“I heard a lot of people say after the Parker thing that I was avoiding opponents. But right now, I just want to knock somebody out… Line them up for me. I want them.”
“Stay tuned guys. I'll be back soon. I can't wait to get back out there, full power, double the force. I can't wait,” Daniel said.
Dubois previously confirmed once again that he intends to meet Usyk in his next fight. The Briton announced that their likely fight is being prepared for July at Wembley Stadium.
The International Boxing Federation (IBF) has decided to give Dubois a mandatory fight against fellow countryman Dereck Chisora, the organization's No. 2 contender. The fight will be officially confirmed on April 22, with a deadline of June 21.
At the same time, Dubois' potential unification fight against WBO/WBC/WBA/IBO heavyweight title holder Oleksandr Usyk (23-0, 14 KOs) will take precedence over the mandatory.
