Starbucks confirmed the launch in its official holiday menu announcement. The seasonal lineup includes both familiar Christmas drinks and new recipes for 2026.
What is on the Starbucks holiday menu 2026?
Several long-running favorites return when the holiday menu launches on November 5.
Customers will once again be able to order:
- Peppermint Mocha
- Caramel Brulée Latte
- Sugar Cookie Latte
- Gingerbread Chai
The returning drinks remain central to the seasonal menu. However, Starbucks is also adding several entirely new options this year.
The biggest addition is the Tiramisu Velvet collection. It takes inspiration from the classic Italian dessert.
Starbucks adds new Tiramisu Velvet drinks
The new Tiramisu Velvet Latte will be available hot or iced. Starbucks is also launching a Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew.
Both drinks are finished with mascarpone cold foam. A cocoa and coffee dusting is added on top.
The new drinks are designed to deliver a richer, dessert-style profile. They also give Starbucks another seasonal option beyond peppermint and gingerbread flavors.

The Apple Pomegranate Refresher takes the menu in a lighter direction. Its popping pomegranate pearls add texture as well as flavor.
Customers can also order the Snowy Apple version. Starbucks makes it with coconut milk for a creamier finish.
New Starbucks holiday food arrives November 5
The seasonal launch is not limited to drinks.
Starbucks is introducing 2 savory items alongside its usual holiday desserts. The Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese is completely new.
The Turkey & Stuffing Sandwich also joins the menu with an updated recipe.
Returning sweets include the Cranberry Bliss Bar, Snowman Cookie and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish.
Starbucks is also introducing a new Bearista Cake Pop. It will be available for a limited period.
Starbucks holiday merchandise gets several 2026 collections
Holiday merchandise will begin arriving on November 5 alongside the food and drink menu.
The first wave includes the Holiday Bearista collection. Starbucks says it will feature drinkware, accessories and a plush keychain.
Other collections include Holiday Village and Peppermint Mocha-themed merchandise.
The Winter Wonderland collection launches later, on November 17. It focuses on cool-toned drinkware and winter-inspired designs.
Starbucks has also confirmed the return of its Bearista Glass Cold Cup. A release date has not yet been announced.
