Pensions will be increased for a certain category of pensioners.
From April 1, pensions will be automatically transferred to Ukrainians who continued to work after appointment or recount. This is all provided that, as of March 1, 2024, such a pensioner has acquired 24 months of insurance experience.

At the same time time, during recalculation, the average salary indicator, which was taken into account when assigning/preliminarily recalculating the pension, does not change.
If at least 24 months of insurance experience have been acquired as of March 1, 2024, the recalculation is carried out taking into account the insurance length of service including the earnings that a person received while working after the appointment/preliminary recalculation of a pension,” the message says.
If the pensioner did not receive 24 months of service before March 1, 2024, then recalculation of the pension is carried out no earlier than two years after its appointment/preliminary recalculation, taking into account only the acquired insurance experience. The salary for calculating the pension does not change.
We add that the recalculation will be made after the State Register of Compulsory State social insurance will receive information about the payment of a single contribution for the first quarter of 2024 (the deadline for submitting reports is until May 10).
We would like to remind you that the Pension Fund reported on the procedure for recalculating pensions for persons who continued to work and, as of March 1, 2024, had acquired 24 months of insurance coverage or had worked for less than 24 months.
