By According to the government computer emergency response team CERT-UA, 347 cyber attacks were recorded on government and government organizations, 276 on local authorities, 175 on organizations in the security and defense sector, 127 on commercial organizations.
The energy sector was attacked another 92 times, telecoms 81, and educational institutions 38. 32 – transport industry, 30 – financial sector, 25 – IT sector, 15 – media, 12 – medical institutions.

He clarified that targeted attacks were mainly aimed at ministries and other government bodies, as well as critical infrastructure facilities.
