In February 2024, the Ukrainian vehicle fleet was replenished with 3,924 battery-electric vehicles (BEV). Compared to last February, demand for electric vehicles increased 2.3 times. Ukravtoprom reports this.

At the same time, the share of new cars in electric car registrations, as in last year, amounted to 24%.
The bulk of electric vehicles registered during the month made up of passenger cars – 3,881 units.
- new – 926 units, used – 2955 units.
Out of 43 commercial electric vehicles, only 2 cars were new.
New cars
The TOP 5 new electric vehicles of the moon included:
- Volkswagen ID.4 – 257 units; BYD Song Plus – 104 units; Honda eNS1 – 96 units; Nissan Ariya – 71 units; Honda M-NV – 49 units.
Used cars
TOP 5 used electric vehicles registered for the first time in Ukraine:
- Nissan Leaf – 416 units; Tesla Model 3 – 380 units; Tesla Model Y – 279 units; Volkswagen e-Golf – 210 units; Hyundai Kona Electric – 161 units.
In total, since the beginning of the year, 7.5 thousand electric vehicles have undergone their first registration in Ukraine, which is two and a half times more than during the same period last year.
