The volume of currency purchases by the population in April 2024 exceeded the volume of its sales by $727.71 million. This is evidenced by data from the National Bank of Ukraine.

< p>In April, the population significantly increased the volume of purchases of cash currency to $1.95 billion, and the volume of its sales remained almost unchanged – $1.28 billion.
At the same time, individuals purchased non-cash currency by $0.36 billion, and sold by $0.3 billion. These figures also remained almost unchanged compared to March.
