The National Bank announced a change of leadership in two structural divisions – the Department of Supervision of the Non-Banking Financial Services Market and the Licensing Department. This is reported on the NBU website.

Both departments are included in the vertical subordination of “Prudential Supervision” under the leadership of Deputy Head of the NBU Dmitry Oleynik.
The post of Director of the Department for Supervision of the Non-Bank Financial Market was left by Tatyana Mosiychuk, who on May 3 completed her work at the NBU according to the submitted application.
The new director of the department since May 6 Mikhail Fedorenko will be appointed. He was transferred to this position from the position of Director of the Licensing Department, which he held since October 2021.
Fedorenko has been working at the National Bank since February 2021, when he headed the department of legal support for registration and licensing of the NBU Legal Department. Prior to this, he worked in the legal field for more than 15 years, in particular in the State Tax Service, as a legal consultant, lawyer, executive director and head of practice in leading law firms in Ukraine.
Daria Sofina will be appointed as the new director of the Licensing Department from May 9 . Before her appointment to this position, for more than a year she headed a new direction in the structure of the Financial Monitoring Department of the NBU – the sanctions policy department. Sofina has been working at the National Bank since December 2022. Before that, she worked in senior positions at the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption and the Ministry of Justice.
