In Ukraine, since the beginning of the year, entrepreneurs have received more than 13 thousand preferential loans for more than UAH 50 billion. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy.

“From the beginning of 2024 Ukrainian entrepreneurs received 13,394 preferential loans under the “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%” program for a total amount of UAH 50.8 billion. Two-thirds of this amount comes from the agriculture and processing industries,” it says. in the message.
Over the past week, entrepreneurs took out another 275 such loans in the amount of UAH 717 million. In total, since the beginning of the program, 92.4 thousand loans have been issued in the amount of UAH 317.7 billion.
Since the beginning of 2024, entrepreneurs have received affordable loans for the following purposes:
- 16, UAH 4 billion – loans to replenish working capital; UAH 11.6 billion – loans to businesses operating in a high military risk zone; UAH 10.6 billion – loans for the development of processing enterprises; UAH 9.4 billion for the implementation of investment projects.
Among the regions, the leaders in terms of the amount of concluded loan agreements are Lviv, Dnepropetrovsk, Odessa, Kiev, Kharkov, Vinnitsa, Poltava regions and the city of Kyiv.
