Privatbank has put up for sale through the OpenMarket electronic trading system the Priozernyi shopping center, one of the largest in Dnepr, the bank said in a statement. The starting price of the lot is UAH 430 million.

The starting price of the lot is UAH 430,060,700.00 with VAT. The date of the electronic auction is August 28, 2024 (lot No. 556963), the security deposit for participation is 5% of the initial sale price of the property (UAH 21.5 million), which will be attributed to the sale price.
The lot includes a shopping center with a total area of 32,408.7 sq. m. located at the address: Dnipro, Maidan Ozernyi (Bobrova) Street, Building 1, and 12 land plots. In addition to the lot price, the winner of the electronic auction is required to purchase fixed assets in the amount of UAH 2.2 million with VAT.
Built in 2009, the Priozernyi shopping center is the third largest shopping center in Dnipro and has six above-ground floors, as well as an underground floor where there is a parking lot and a shelter can be arranged for visitors to stay during an air raid.
The advantages of the Priozernyi shopping center are its convenient location in the city center next to the Central Market and train stations. Also, the shopping center is currently the only one in the city that has retail space, office and warehouse space, as well as entertainment and sports areas with swimming pools and a SPA area, the bank noted.
