The idea of economic reservation remains relevant, but now the first task is to survive. Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko stated this in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.

The Minister's position
“This idea of economic reservation remains relevant. But now the very first task is to survive. In order to survive, we need money and a sufficient number of people ready to defend this country,” Marchenko said.
And only after that will it be possible to “talk about all other things,” including economic reservation, the minister believes.
At the same time, the official is not yet ready to say at what stage such reservation can be discussed.
