The Defense Procurement Agency of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has signed an agreement with a Ukrainian manufacturer for the supply of ground-based kamikaze drones and the supply of ammunition for a total of UAH 3.7 billion. The press service of the Ministry of Defense reported this.

“We are working to ensure stable supplies of not only unmanned aerial vehicles, but also ground-based kamikaze drones, which should become a powerful tool in the hands of our military. These drones are an important component of our defense strategy, as they can effectively perform tasks to defeat the enemy,” said Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Dmytro Klymenkov.
In addition, the Defense Procurement Agency also signed an agreement for the supply of ammunition.
“We continue to purchase the most essential weapons for the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Ukrainian manufacturers: from ammunition to modern technological solutions, such as ground drones. In total, within the framework of this visit, we signed agreements for more than UAH 3.7 billion,” said Director of the Defense Procurement Agency Maryna Bezrukova.
