The number of banks in Ukraine has decreased
The number of banks in Ukraine has decreased to 60. One of the small banks decided to use a special procedure. The National Bank revoked the banking license and excluded information about the bank “Portal” from the State Register of Banks.
Banks reduced import of cash currency to Ukraine in February
The volume of foreign currency in cash that banks imported into Ukraine in February 2025 amounted to $1.083 billion. This is 38.8% less than in January.
