Ukrzaliznytsia has announced the resumption of several of its online resources after a large-scale cyberattack. This was reported by the company's press service.

Users have access again to:
- a site for ordering passenger services, a site with convenient schedules and connections for returning home by rail, a site for the Kyiv Ring Electric Train, a site with commuter train schedules.
In addition, websites for assistance to railway workers have been restored: a website for veterans and veteran women railway workers, as well as a website for the Iron Family program – assistance to railway workers affected by the war.
The company also returned the train direction for Intercity+ in the Ukrzaliznytsia application.
Ukrzaliznytsia reported that it had resumed the “Iron Friends” loyalty program, awarding passengers an additional 10,000 “hugs” as compensation for the inconvenience.
The company added that discounts and offers from partners, on which bonus “hugs” can be spent, will return a little later.
Ukrzaliznytsia also restored the functions of the personal account on the “E. Portal UZ-Cargo” with a service for processing transportation documents.
Earlier, Ukrzaliznytsia returned to users the tickets that were lost after a cyberattack and were purchased earlier.

As Minfin reported, on March 23, Ukrzaliznytsia experienced a technical failure, due to which online ticket sales, service ordering services, and reference information were unavailable.
On the morning of March 27, Ukrzaliznytsia announced that it had resumed its online sales system in a backup format for purchasing new train tickets and returning them.
On March 29, Ukrzaliznytsia confirmed the stability of online ticket sales.
