The Ministry of Defense of the aggressor country of the Russian Federation stated that on the night and morning of February 1, Russian territories were attacked by drones. In particular, the Russian Defense Ministry noted that drones were detected in three regions.
The Russians traditionally blamed Ukraine for the attack:
«At night, an attempt by the Kiev regime to carry out a terrorist attack using aircraft-type UAVs on objects on the territory of the Russian Federation was stopped.
It is noted that this night drones were allegedly detected in Belgorodskaya region (four UAVs) and Kursk (one UAV). According to the Russians, all the drones were allegedly destroyed by the Russian air defense.
Russia was also restless at dawn. The occupiers note that allegedly at about 06:30 their air defense intercepted and destroyed four more drones over the Belgorod region and two over the Voronezh region.
