The Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine announced that the famous businessman Igor Kolomoisky is suspected of participating in a contract murder. According to representatives of the Office, the case against the Ukrainian oligarch will be supplemented with one more episode.

According to the preliminary version of the investigation, the motive The crime was the refusal of the director of one of the law firms to comply with Kolomoisky’s demands to invalidate the decision of the general meeting of shareholders. To carry out the order to eliminate this person, the oligarch turned to a gang specializing in such crimes.
Using edged weapons and fists, the criminals attacked the director, but were unable to complete the task. The investigation is currently working to identify all participants in this crime. In addition, Kolomoisky is also suspected of withdrawing funds from PrivatBank, fraud and laundering criminal proceeds. The Shevchenko District Court extended Kolomoisky's detention for another 60 days, and the amount of bail was increased from 510 million to almost 4 billion hryvnia.
