In Kiev, there is a threat of enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups entering the city, attracting agents of the Russian special services and other elements to destabilize the situation in the capital, as well as new missile attacks.
On this occasion, the Capital Defense Council held an urgent meeting, where made a number of important decisions.
Taking into account the threats, the following decisions were made in the capital:
— urgently work on the issue of holding future events in the city of Kyiv, which involve attracting a large number of people;
— review regulatory and administrative documents on the life of citizens of the capital regarding the operation of public transport, sports, cultural, educational, medical, entertainment events, as well as in crowded places to ensure the safety of citizens.
— all security and military structures of the city of Kyiv, in accordance with their powers, increase attention to crowded places, ensure compliance with public safety and order in the capital. Ensure that all necessary measures are taken that contribute to the safety of Kyiv citizens;
— All responsible structures and balance holders of protective structures of civil protection should ensure constant access of the population to shelters and the readiness of indestructibility points for use.
Social networks will also be separately monitored for the spread of disinformation, provocations and other information aimed at destabilizing the situation in Kyiv .
Despite this, Kiev residents were urged not to panic and remain calm. After all, all these warnings and measures taken in advance were in order to protect the Ukrainian capital from new possible threats from Russia.
“We ask the people of Kiev to remain calm. Do not panic. We are taking preventive measures to ensure that Kiev and its residents are reliably protected,” the message says.
