The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense (MoD) of Ukraine, Kirill, commented on the words of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky that the enemy had a plan for Ukraine’s counter-offensive even before it began.
The top Ukrainian intelligence officer said this happened last year and became a serious problem for Ukrainian forces. According to him, the Ukrainian military leadership is now taking measures to prevent this from happening again.
«I will not say more for President Vladimir Zelensky. We received, let's say, information and evidence that the plans became known to the Russian Federation. This — serious problem, and we are taking some action», — noted Kirill Budanov.
