The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Moscow Region, Kirill Budanov, noted that negotiations on a ceasefire with the Russian Federation will certainly begin sooner or later.

At the same time, he noted that Ukraine must change its own strategy and tactics in accordance with the requirements of the time, circumstances and our technical and mobilization capabilities.
According to Budanov, it is precisely under such «conditions» the Ukrainian army will gain an advantage on the battlefield, which means — will have a more powerful position before the start of negotiations.
«Russians always make concessions, only when they feel a threat to their own existence. And we must create that feeling in them. Feeling of fear for your life», — he said.
At the same time, the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate noted that the main and unconditional condition for the start of such negotiations should be the liberation of absolutely all Ukrainian territory captured after March 2014.
When Budanov added that the maximum program for Ukraine — not only reaching our constitutional borders, but also the complete collapse of the Russian Federation, which, due to the size of the territory, can only happen from within. But Ukrainians should contribute to this process as much as possible with their opinion, their weapons, their diplomacy, and intelligence.
