In Ukraine the right to compensation for the addition of a healthy life looms:
- individuals with inherited disabilities wars of the 1st and 2nd groups (ATO/JFO, defense approaches, participation in combat operations on the territory of other powers);
- internal movements of individuals (VPO), who were participants in combat operations, or individuals with disabilities as a result of the III war;
- members of the family, individuals who died or fell into obscurity, died as a result of ATO/JFO, defense operations, participation in combat operations on the territory of other powers.
In order to apply for an apartment, you must submit the following documents:
- confirmation of the registered place of residence of the applicant and each member of the family or confirmation of the HPO;
- copy of the certificate of the UBD/person with a disability since the war/deceased family member;
- proof about those whose family members live in apartments outside the workplace;
- copies of the passport, nationality certificate and identification number of all family members.
To claim compensation it is necessary to submit such documents :
- application for penny compensation;
- a copy of the applicant’s passport;
- a copy of the UBD certificate, a person with a disability as a result of war, or a member of the family of the deceased heir;
- a copy of the document about the ultimate fate of an individual in combat operations;
- a letter from the year in the additional form of the skin a full-time member of the family;
- copies of documents that confirm family relations between the applicant and members of his family;
- a copy of the decision about taking a family member for an apartment;
- confirmation of the existence and validity of the registered right of authority to life;
- confirmation of HPO for the period from 2014 to 24 February 2022.
How to get your life back for the lost compensation
In order to buy a living for a refunded compensation, you need to return it. Then it is necessary to conclude a purchase and sales agreement with the seller and give a copy of the agreement to the social security authority.
After this, withdraw the letter from the social security authority to re-insure the seller’s funds You must submit a valid application to Oschadbank.
The right of ownership of your life must be completed within 30 days.
