Due to Russian shelling on the evening of December 30, 20 settlements in the Kharkov region lost power. In total, 27.2 thousand consumers in the region have no electricity due to shelling, the Ministry of Energy reported. Also, due to the hostilities, in particular, 63 settlements in the Zaporozhye region remain without power, 57 in the Sumy region, three of them due to the shutdown of the 10 kV overhead line due to artillery shelling from the Russian border, 45 in the Kherson region, 18 – in Chernihiv region, almost 1.5 thousand consumers – in Dnepropetrovsk region. Due to the shelling that happened earlier, 296 consumers in the Odessa region remain without electricity, which were turned off after a massive air attack on December 29.
In Kiev, for technical reasons, 213 consumers do not have electricity – restoration work continues.
In general, the situation in the energy system is stable and controllable; planned outages for household consumers are not envisaged.
