The head of the UN welcomed the destruction of the “dictatorial regime” in Syria

UN Secretary-General António Guterres welcomed the end of the “dictatorial regime” in Syria. He called on the country to focus on the new situation after the rapt fall from power of President Bashar al-Assad.
