Minister of Foreign Affairs Andriy Sibiga announced the agreement on easier access to consular offices services for Ukrainians outside the cordon at 2025. It will be possible to introduce the “e-Consul” system into operation.
RBC-Ukraine informs about this in a message to the press service of the Ministry of Health.
Zokrema, language about MZS plans to launch automated notary services all Ukrainian diplomatic states beyond the cordon.
“This means that in “e-Consul” you can contact the type of required power of attorney and declare, if necessary – add information, and within an hour you will arrive before the consul is ready for you signed document. Saving time and zusil,” said Sibig.
In the future, new digital services will be launched in the e-Consul system, in order to meet the greatest demand for services. In some countries, courier delivery of foreign passports will be available at an affordable price in cooperation with Novaya Poshta.
“You will no longer need to open your diplomatic account, find an empty slot in e-Cherz and spend an hour and money on a repeat visit to pick up your completed passport. Fill in the necessary data in advance on the portal “Diya,” they arrived specifically once to provide biometrics, and after registration, they took the finished passport by mail,” the minister said.
Also in the spring, the Ministry of Health plans to issue a visa outside the cordon for fresh water. And the other half of 2025 may request a comprehensive service with the registration of nationalities of children behind the cordon.

Later it became clear that for Ukrainians behind the cordon new services will appear as part of an experimental project “e-Consul”.
