Based on the conclusion received from the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAC), a notice of suspicion was given.
As noted by the Office of the Prosecutor General, he is charged with declaring false information (Part 2 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, the man, while in office, submitted a declaration to the NAPC for 2023 with deliberately false information that differs from the reliable information by more than UAH 95 million. Last year, the agency began 1,050 full declaration checks, of which it completed 715.
