The violation of people’s rights at the side of the TCC has become widespread and systemic, – Lubinets

Ukrainians have begun to complain more often to the Ombudsman's Office due to the violation of their rights by the TCC spies. Such destruction has occurred on a massive and systemic basis.

RBC-Ukraine reports this in a message sent to the Supreme Commissioner for Human Rights Dmitry Lubints on Telegram.

Lubinets noted that in the Radya they called for a call to discuss the violation of people’s rights during the hour of mobilization calls. According to the ombudsman, he is ready to present to the people's deputies a detailed analysis of the situation and demonstrate the mechanisms of the current problem.

“Following the results of the numerical suppression of citizens to the Ombudsman’s Office, I can clearly state: the violation of people’s rights on the side of the TCC and SP activists has become of a systemic and mass nature. Enmity is developing that the illegal harassment and beating of TCC representatives And joint ventures have become a new viral trend that cannot be started without a strong reaction from the state,” he wrote.

As we strengthened Lubinets, we are not just observing the damage, but also the manifestations of violence and wickedness with renewed importance. Zokrema, let's talk about:

  • Parts of the beating of the giants. People are forcibly detained on the streets, near shopping centers, and on the subway;
  • Accidents are likely to occur if TCC police officers swear by cyclists or motorcyclists.

Also, the ruins on the side of the spivrobitniks of the TCC are crowding around:

  • preventing lawyers from shading matters;
  • obtaining information from relatives and legal authorities about the persecuted communities;
  • preventing representatives of the Ombudsman from engaging in harassment;
  • I will take notice of subpoenas or other documents before signing them;
  • pretense without proper support.

“The systemicity and scale of these violations will require solutions on the sovereign level to ensure the continued strengthening of people’s rights within the framework of the mobilization process,” the ombudsman said.

Apparently, last year in Kharkov, police officers from the TCC beat a cyclist who was rushing through the road. At the military commissariat they began to sing that this was a violent incident.
