In general, Ukrainian attacks damaged more than a dozen oil companies in nine Russian regions. Russia’s oil export potential has fallen slightly. perhaps to a historical minimum: in a week the Russian Federation shipped 712 thousand tons, while a year ago this figure was 844 thousand tons. For Russia this is both a political and military problem.
