U.S. President Donald Trump has confirmed that he has partially made a decision regarding the potential delivery of long-range Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine, reports Baltimore Chronicle with a reference to the interview. Speaking with journalists at the White House, Trump emphasized that he wants to fully understand how these missiles would be used on Ukrainian territory before making a final decision.

The American leader noted that he is ready to consider supplying the missiles but intends to ask a series of clarifying questions first. “Yes, I have made a decision to some extent. I want to know how they plan to use them. Do you know where they will be sent? I think I need to ask this question,” Trump said.

At the same time, he stressed that he does not intend to escalate the conflict and aims to carefully assess all risks before finalizing any decision. The President underlined that any arms deliveries would include specific conditions and intended use, in order to avoid unforeseen consequences.
