U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance has confirmed that discussions are underway within Donald Trump’s administration regarding the possible transfer of Tomahawk cruise missiles to Ukraine. He emphasized that the final decision on this matter will rest solely with the President. Vance shared these remarks during an interview with Fox News, reports Baltimore Chronicle citing European Pravda.
According to Vance, President Trump’s foreign and defense policy decisions are always driven by the national interests of the United States. “The President will do what best serves the interests of the United States of America. That is the guiding principle behind his decisions in foreign and defense policy,” the Vice President stressed.
Vance also clarified that active talks are ongoing in the White House regarding the potential delivery of Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine. He noted that while the issue remains under discussion, it is among the most significant topics currently on the administration’s agenda.
