The fact that the Russian Ministry of Defense actually confirmed the commission of several war crimes with its “justification” for a large-scale attack on Kharkov, writes NBN, citing a comment by Andrey Yusov, a representative of the MOU Main Intelligence Directorate, published by RBC-Ukraine.
According to Yusov, the “second army of the world” fired exclusively at civilian targets in Kharkov, and none of the Ukrainian military intelligence officers were injured as a result of these attacks.
Thus, all statements voiced by the official structures of the aggressor country are actually open admissions of the Russian Federation committing further war crimes, since the enemies deliberately targeted only “civilian objects and civilian infrastructure”, and not a single the military target was not hit.
