About the fact that the state- The terrorist, starting from September 2022, launched at least 3,800 attack UAVs across Ukraine, the dominant part of which were successfully “landed” by the forces and means of our air defense, writes NBN, citing a statement by a representative Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Colonel Yuri Ignat, voiced in the telethon on the TSN YouTube channel.
According to Ignat, only thanks to the well-coordinated, fairly effective work of mobile fire groups, as well as units of the Air Force and air defense, it was possible to eliminate about 3 000 attack drones, that is, in fact, almost 80 percent.
The Air Force Speaker added that all this became possible due to the strengthening of the Ukrainian air defense by Western weapons systems, but at ;at this stage, much more new similar tools are needed:
There is something to think about. We still need more systems that will work against attack UAVs.
