The day before, the head of the Servant of the People faction, David Arakhamia, made a statement – on Thursday, January 11, the first reading of the mobilization bill will be held, taking into account all the amendments of the Defense Committee, primarily those relating to “anti-constitutional” measures tightening the process of replenishing the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

< “NBN” writes about the fact that the above draft law will be returned to the initiator for the necessary revision, referring to the results of a closed meeting held with the participation of the military command and the conciliation council, published in the official Telegram channel of David Arakhamia.
According to Arakhamia, there have been many discussions taking into account the requests of the military command as much as possible, but not all the provisions of this bill can be supported, since some changes clearly violate human rights or are formulated with an ambiguous meaning.
Thus, following the meeting, the document is returned to the Cabinet of Ministers, with the simultaneous transfer of proposals developed by the defense committee and working groups.
