As NBN reports with reference to the official page of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, the head of Ukrainian diplomacy informed Borrell about Russian ballistic missile attacks on the Ukrainian capital and other cities of our country. In addition, Kuleba stated that he appreciates the support and concern from Borrell regarding the number of Russian missiles that were fired at our country.
Verbatim from the statement of the head of the Foreign Ministry:
I noted the importance of supplying our country with a large number of Patriot air defense systems and other air defense systems that are capable of shooting down ballistic missiles.
Does the EU have the ability to supply Patriot air defense to Ukraine?
So, according to Dmitry Kuleba, at present time, the Ukrainian state is the only country in the whole world that is subjected to multiple attacks by ballistic missiles almost every day.
In addition, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Kuleba added that Patriot air defense systems should be deployed here and now, so that you can save the lives of Ukrainians, and not stay in places where the missile threat is zero.
Verbatim from Dmitry Kuleba’s statement:
We were able to discuss what the European Union can do to ensure that our country receives more Patriot air defense and other types of air defense as quickly as possible.
Recall that we previously wrote about , as Borrell commented on the massive Russian missile strikes on Ukraine.
