According to Evlash, the population that is most affected is the one in the immediate vicinity of the Russian Federation, including parts of the temporarily occupied territories. In particular, we are talking about the Kharkov, Odessa, Kherson, Zaporozhye, Chernigov, Sumy and Dnepropetrovsk regions.
The representative of the Air Force emphasized that Russian terror can only be countered by a larger number of forces and air defense systems, for example, if the United States accelerates the delivery of promised military assistance, after the Senate approves the corresponding bill (tentatively on April 23).
