The British publication The Times writes that the plan for Ukraine’s victory, which Zelensky will present to American leader Joe Biden, as well as to US presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump must provide Kyiv with long-term guarantees of support from partners, NBN reports.
According to the Ukrainian leader, the United States and its allies must support Kyiv's proposals so that it can begin negotiations to end the war by the end of the year from an advantageous position.
As journalists report, the plan contains four main points, including the key one on security guarantees for Ukraine, similar to Article 5 of the North Atlantic Alliance Treaty on Collective Defense.
The document also contains Kyiv's request for international financial assistance for the economy and the supply of modern weapons for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In addition, according to media reports, Zelensky included the offensive of the Defense Forces in the Kursk region in the victory plan, as he wants to enlist the support of partners to continue the operation in the Russian border area.
Recall that Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced when the Kremlin will get acquainted with the plan for Ukraine's victory.
