In the morning, the media began to spread footage of an explosion in the center of temporarily captured Lugansk. Local occupation publics complained about the missile attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, stating that the Russian air defense was able to repel only some of the air targets, the rest flew into the industrial area of the city, NBN reports.

The head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Artem Lysogor, commented on the “fireworks” in the city center. According to him, the Russian invaders probably stored ammunition at the site of the explosion, since local residents are publishing footage of the sounds of the BK detonation. The official said that there used to be a mothballed military unit in the area of ”bavovna.”
