The head of the Polish defense ministry said that at a meeting with Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization Mark Rutte, he spoke about how much Warsaw has helped Ukraine, the NBN publication writes with reference to TVN24.
The official stressed that it was important for him to talk about this with the head of NATO in the context of Zelensky's words, in which “a note was sounded” that Warsaw is not doing everything possible for his country. The minister said that “Ukrainians have a short memory”, since during the first months of the full-scale war they received military equipment and humanitarian aid from the Polish side.
The head of the Ministry of Defense pointed out a line that he will never cross. The official assured that if sending any equipment to Kyiv threatens the security of Poland, he simply will not do it. Once again, he repeated that his country had done more for Ukraine than other allies.
Recall that recently the Deputy Prime Minister of Poland accused the head of Ukraine of wanting to drag his country into a war with the Russian Federation.
